I suppose this is a business-oriented site, but the background is a bit too colorful which makes the site look less serious in terms of attracting new business. also, too much Google Ads
Great site with tons great content, I like the design, the coloring and everything, just one thought - use the same 5 colors for dividing lines, but don't use gradient. Overall a nice website! Hope my 2 cents were of some help. Best of luck!
specifically, the navigation in the left sidebar is kind of messy, it is pretty hard for laymen like me to navigate through your site, although you have tons of terrific stuffs there. I would suggest you create a more structured navigation system, e.g. a tree structure.
As the site is growing I have considered reorgaining but, for a person recovering from brain surgery, as most of my visitors are, it actually makes sense laid out like this.

This is a very nice online dating site, have good potentials to grow big, lovely design, but as a web designer to businesses, Good technical design, but I recommend author expands their knowledge of marketting techniques to complement their graphical skills
A general blog conforming to all the rules of good blooging and pressumeably for the purpose of the adsense income. It's a nice design and nicely put together but the articles lack depth and character. I didn't really get a feel for who the author was, it needs just a bit more personality and i'd make it one of the very few sites I actually subscribe too.

Oh, sorry. I nearly forgot. Of course I had a look and got a very good impression. Very professional, something business professional should consider to bookmark. Eye-pleasing layout and colors. Just right for this theme. The only thing I'd change is the favicon. Green doesn't match with business. You can get animated favicons like mine online pretty easy. I just forgot the name of the site where I found the best animated favs. You probably need to search a few sites.
