There was no "delay". The payment date was permanently changed from Fridays to Tuesdays.

 

Now , Filesonic Can't upgrade other account by Trade in point ??

Two days ago i got 33$ for Pay Per Sale, but i lost this money 15 min ago, what it is?

It's a refund, meaning the purchaser requested their money back. This is normally done directly through Paypal or the credit card company. When it happens, FSn deducts the sale value.

It is a bit confusing as FSn has recently changed how they post refunds without notifying affiliates. It used to be that refunds were posted on the date they were processed. Now they are posted on the date with the original sale. The change is not necessarily bad, it's simply easy to miss without the notice. Last night I almost sent them a PM to complain of an improper weekly payment as I had a couple of refunds posted after last week closed but they were "hidden" because I was not made aware of the change in posting. The change is good as it helps you match the refund to the sale, but FSn's "customer service" in regards to announcing the change was lacking.

 

These refund really sucks and 99% of them are fraud, filesonic must find out a way to stop it.

Yesterday you payout money from filesonic, got a paypal account $ 23.57 USDHowever, in the tab PAYMENT I still did not made to pay $ 14.5 Approximately what is going on? "Why I got only $ 24 to $ 37?I get the rest of the money?

those 23.57 that you were paid are the money tou made until friday, the other to 37 are made from saturday until tuesday.

LIke FileSOnic Support said many times on this forum and on news section of filesonic.com you will receive the money you made from saturday tu friday next week on tuesday.
This change was made so filesonic team can check fraudulent activities before actualy giving the money.


You will receive those 14$ + what you make until friday night on the next tuesday.
