First thing I want to know is vbulletin REALLY the best, hands down? It sure appears that it is. Second, do they ever have promo codes or used licenses available for purchase? Is VBSEO pretty much a requirement? I'm looking at the vbulletin 4.0 publishing suite. Thanks to anyone with experience here for helping me out.

I've seen plain html sites rank better then forums as well that really means nothing build enough backlinks and a one word, one page site can rank well
I think VBSEO would not be necessary when the later versions of VBulletin releases... In my opinion they both are plying a trick on the users... Why cant vbulletin incorporate all the features??? Then VBSEO will go out of business
