Anybody having any idea ?
Those sounds like AdWords "Sitelink Extensions". It's a setting for your AdWords campaigns to display more links than usual - it works very well and improves click through rates. However, to have these sitelinks shown on paid search you need to have a high quality square, and a high bid as well. It only shows for trusted ads.
