I use aathis ad on for firefox and their are around 30 you can list too..... but the one ytou mentioned??? im thrown OFF ......do have a plug in or software that does the posting????? please alarm me...

yes these social bookmarking sites is always helpful for more reffering traffic but dont forget these most of sites are no-follow so dont think about to create the back link creation from these bookmarking sites.
