    Hi guys,

just a quick question here. I'm thinking about doing a little lead generation for people. How much should I charge per targeted lead/how much would you pay? (Leads include name, email, and phone number.

Any input is great. I'm just trying to get a feeling for how much I should charge. Thanks

Your question is impossible to answer. Here is what you're missing.

    1) Industry
    2) Who are the leads? (ie, profession, are they decision makers, etc)
    3) What is the monthly demand for your leads?
    4) How may leads can you generate monthly?

I agree. There are many pay per leads systems, and some are as low as $0.50 (or even lower) and others are more than $100. It all depends on the industry.

One of the most expensive leads are lawyers and insurance.

Also to add, how old are the leads you are going to provide? For fresh 72HR or less leads you could offer a competive price. I would look at what you are offering and then compare it to the competition, and mark your price from there.

Okay, thanks for the input guys. Like I said, i had no idea about the pricing. The leads would be fresh, as in, 48 hours or less. And the type of leads would vary, depending on he client I was working with. I'd get them each custom leads. I was thinking of selling them individually. Not sure if this is something I could do. But I was thinking of approaching people and telling them that I'll get them leads. And they'll pay me, say... .50 cents per targeted lead.

    This something I could do?

I'm aware of the workload, Im just wanting to know what price I could charge.
Originally I just wanted to get people refferals and get payed on the sale. I'm not sure how that is possible without an affiliate program. I was trying to shy away from affiliate programs and stick with smaller businesses

It all depends on what it actually cost you to generate the lead. Typical cost per conversion on Google Adwords is somewhere in the 2 to 5 dollar range.
