    I got this email too, for some file reported I lost the whole earning ?!?!?
    I was about to switch to Filesonic, but I was still doubtful, now I'm not anymore ...

    Are you sure, that there was any reported file in your account?

    In my account there was not an single file taken down by DMCA and i never had any reported file at any time... i also don't recieved any emails that there is any issue with my files at any time. nothing.

    If this is not an system-error, then it is cheating to lower the payments (instead talking to costumer, that such high rates are not longer possible), and if so, Filefactory will get a really bitter bill for this dubious business practices.

    Unfortunally we can't be sure, what the behaviour is... they set uploaders to comission, even if the files of them are not spreaded to another hosters (apart from that this rule is already nonsense) only for the reason they don't refer enough new accounts (the sad truth is: the tracking of referals doesn't works properly)... as of filefactory not giving any comment about this new excuse to decline payments, they forces speculating about this issue...

    probably i got paid cause very low amount ,24$ only.I think they dont shave downloads like others and have to pay heavy penalty because of that :p. Anyway I guess things to be changed soon.

    Sorry, but i don't wanna spend my time using an service promises so much and then deliveres nothing.

    This is not the first time active uppers get cheated for suspect reasons. I don't think it was really necessary by stopping the old rewards-system deleting all not paid rewards and refuses every referal from the accounts. I don't think it is necessary to set uppers to comission for the reason of backing up the files on several hosters. I don't think it is necessary to punish uppers for the not working referal tracking.

    If FF is experience cashflow-problems, this is for punishing the active uppers. No one use FF seriously, if it is such unrelaiable in service and/or payments as it is now. So FF will only be used by smaller uppers and uppers never heard about this issues.

    Don't missunderstand me: i doesn't hesitate to handle with clear stated circumstances. If someone says: this high rates are not longer possible and it will be cut to half, i see no problem cause i can belive it is an honest company.

    But promise such high rewards and then find some suspect reasons to decline the whole payment is dubious business, i can't deal with this.

    Maybe FF should try some simple rewards-rates. Try it with 1 cent per DL (No matter which country, no matter if Free or Premium, no matter if link is spreaded to other hosters and for sure: without searching suspect reasons to decline payments at all) and i will be satisfied also, even the rates are lower, cause i can count on it.

    At this time the rewards-system is like the rewards-page iss lookalike: A Slot-machine.... if you got 7-7-7 it pays ... if you got cherry-strawberry-orange it pays not... ironically, here we call Slot-machines "one-armed bandit" ... that meets it... :D

    Unfortunally i recently extended my account until 2012... damned! ... so i hope the maya's were wrong with their calendars and the 2012-apocalypse comes sooner, so it don't annoys me such a long time.

    So meanwhile i will use the 2TB Storage, for backup purposes, never again posting any FF-link anywhere and uses my 24GB traffic daily, even if i must load some unneeded crap, to use it up... so if this was the goal: you got it!

    And please don't tell me about other hosters are the same, the most are not. Without saying names, there are a lot of companys, which provides an stable service and paying out what was promised. So if this issue won't be resolved soon.... FF has not to wonder about loosing costumers across Europe, couse me and others will spread this issue across the important's boards to warn others, that is what i can promise.

    If you received an email explaining that your payment was declined due to DMCA or terms of service violations, please read the following for an explanation.

    This was the result of an automated script that we had to run as part of an account update/cleaning process. We are adding a new facility to allow our members to counter-file a DMCA claim so your files will not be able to be removed due to false claims of ownership or representation anymore. We will be launching our new account notification system shortly and this DMCA counter-file feature then be added into it in the near future.

    Currently, this is how we believe it will work: Once a DMCA Notice is processed, the files will be temporarily disabled, and you will receive a notification, as well as the DMCA complaint which caused their removal. You will have a preset period (48 - 72 hours) in which to dispute the claim and file a counter-claim. These will then be reviewed by our DMCA Team and your files will either be removed or re-activated, depending on the outcome.

    We apologize for this issue and appreciate your feedback. This was unfortunately a necessary step to enable the new DMCA functionality to serve any real purpose.

    First: I never had any Files reported by DMCA, so there was nothing to update/cleaning in my account ;)

    My balance is gone and the payment is declined. What will happens? Do you make the payment? Do you put the amount back to the balance?

How can I verify the DMCA are not created by them. you do not pay for all the members with a similar reason. many messages are sent to but they did not answer. They refused to answer and you comforted us. If you scam, you should close the door and let me tell you scam

    As i said many times before: there is NOT an single file violating DMCA in my account, as in many other accounts too. There is NO file in the DMCA-List and i NEVER recieved a notice about that. If you are meaning that writing in big letters is enough to ignore serious Problems you dont' wanna see, it is time that you or other Staff of FF, which deal with this issue, quits and stop waisting time of the customers.

    I have already emailed twice the Support and there was no reaction.

    So act now and state clearly what will happens with that falsley declined payments.

    And you still do not understand: it is NOT only my account, with falsely declined payments, i alone know about at least 30 Users with the same issue, NO DMCA NOTICE OR FILES ON DMCA-LIST BUT DECLINED PAYMENT!!

    YOU HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM! Give it to the guys who deal with it and don't longer try to put it under the Carpet.

    OMG, this can't be so hard to understand??

    Do you think hundreds of mails this days with this issue and this rumours here comes from nothing???
