The first thing you should do is edit all of your game descriptions and make them unique written. This will increase your serps. More traffic=more clicks.
Agreed try to describe your site descriptions and make them unique and relevant as possible you will see the difference with your serp returns and therefor more visitors.

The easiest way to boost earnings IS to boost traffic. Otherwise the only thing is to boost your CTR, and that isn't exactly something that is infinitely increaseable.
your website have just game titles as said by laceygirl try to put little information in each game page it should be unique so that it get indexed by google , the more results you have in google about your site the more traffic you can expect.
it has nicely designed theme. ads are well inserted. however you need to review the new rules of adsense to flash game sites, i think you really have to edit it once again becuase you violated it.

To increase your earning. one of the method is increase your traffic. Once your traffic increase and both of your CTr and CPC maintain, then your earning will increase
One thing is through forum posting and place your links in your signature. But you must have a decent posts in order for you to add your signature links or else moderators will kick you off in the forum
