Buying SEO Services needed to be paid weekly

I have 5 Miami Florida sites that need to be ranked on first page for a few Miami keywords.

I will need some keyword research also.

Please PM with what can you provide me for $20 a week for all 5 sites.

This is a longterm relationship with more sites to come.
