look the matter here is Itraders. forget about others, in reality people will ask for upfront because you are new. Once you have 3-4 Itraders people will stop asking for upfront payment. Everyone needs assurance. Dont give work to new people, give writing jobs to reputed members of the forum. They will ask upfront but will assure completion.
