Selling Selling cheap site, earning $10 to $30 per month

im selling one of my websites very cheap at only $30.

Each month, its earns around $10 to $30 depending on traffic etc.

Ive had it for around 4 months and hit the $100 google payout with this website earning 9/10's of my adsense money..
