Just checked Twilio, and it VoIP not an online fax service. VoIP isn't reliable for faxing. This is the reason I also subscribed to Onesuite Fax service instead on using my Onesuite VoIP for faxing.

 

TrustFax has worked well for me. I hardly ever get faxes and just wanted to have a line to show on my site with enough pages to cover what I use. They're the cheapest I've seen for this purpose so far...
