Selling Link Directory - 8000+ Links : Great Traffic

For sale I have Link Fanik - a General Web Directory. Link Fanik was set up early October and gains over 100 links per day. Unfortunately I have no revenue statistics as it shared a channel with another directory, however it makes revenue both from Featured link sales and Google Adsense. The directory is running PHPLD v2 (free) so no license is required. Domain is a free push from Moniker to another Moniker account. I can help you move the site + database to your host and guide you through the domain transfer process. All links have been submitted naturally, so are unique to the site, although I use the site design on a couple of other directories (so I cannot list as content unique).

Little effort is required to maintain the directory, a minutes per week reviewing links is all it takes. You do not need to advertise the directory as it is listed on permanent directory lists where the majority of traffic comes from, however - you can advertise to further increase traffic!
