how to remove footer link from wordpress theme...?

how can i remove the footer link "Amazon wordpress plugin" at the bottom of the website http://mobilespysoftware.org

 

Go to your admin panel. Select "Appearance" Then select "Editor".... Then on the right hand side select Footer... Edit the code then click save at the bottom

 

the theme name is 'thesis 1.7' and it does not have any footer.php ....

 

Do you have permission to remove the link or was leaving it there part of license for the theme?

 

i had purchased this theme from a guy on this forum... but he didn't tell me how to remove that footer link...? plz help me in removing that link...

As i am aware of, you can only remove the footer link if you have "developer license".

In DIY theme forums, there are a few people report sites which are suspected using Thesis and against the TOS.

Also, i have just read on their forum it is stated that :

How can i know if footer links are original. I have several themes downloaded from forums and they have few links... now i understand if owner places hes website there but many other casino and other links, is that planted illegal and we are allowed to remove it? How can i know if i m allowed to remove link? Can i ask someone, can i ask owner and send him some cash for removing link?
