    Try adding more and more contents in your website before applying for adsense. A website with little contents have more chances of being rejected. Once you add more contents. apply one again and it will be accepted with no problem.

    Just write informative content which is not against google tos and then apply for adsense from any dot com website you will get approval soon ...

    Yes its possible to have Adsense Account, without having website..... You can get Adsense Account Approval by Blogspot itself........
