I need help with Blog Hosting. Tried before and failed.

Hi,

I tried doing the "my own hosting" thingy with my Blogger blogs but could not get it to work. The instructions from Blogger are not that easy to follow.

Anyone have a step by step way of doing it?

I'm a little confused..What did you want to do ? Set up a blog?

 

Where are you getting stuck? I was under the assumption that it's just a case of setting up an FTP account on your hosting server (which you probably already have), and then filling in the details in Blogger...

That's what I tried to do. In the end I could not gain access to my blogs (something to do with setting up a file on my server), so I ended up changing it back to hosted by Blogger.

Why not try wordpress?

 

I tried that too but could not get it to work either. I might try it again though. It seems Wordpress have some better options attached anyhow.
