Wordpress directory themes

I am looking for a directory theme like this for wordpress:

I can't seem to find one though. That site is not available to download.

Does anyone know of a good theme?

I'd go for DirectoryPress. I've heard so much about it...

 

DirectoryPress doesn't use that layout though. That's what I'm looking for.
