I have a pink one somewhere around here that says "Princess" and has a crown on it - but my house is trashed right now. TOTALLY trashed. I've been working all hours on apps and the partner has been trying to get some other work done which will pay off next year - so no one has been cleaning. I have a mountain of Pepsi Max cans and a pile of ash here, lol. I miss swapping gifts at school; never did "work" so never did a company one.... In year 7 my sister and I got some guy who was awful dog chocolate and repackaged it. He thought it was delicious. XD
Oooh I though this was a spam thread but it's actually a cooking thread . Sweet ! OK Christmas is B.I.G. big at my place so I make sure that the table is packed . I usually try to have 12 types of food . So we have : pork sausages , smoked bacon , kaiser stake , smoked salmon , fish egg salad (the translation into English is rubbish ) , caviar appetizers , salmon egg appetizers , pork borscht , sarmale (Romanian specialty) , chocolate cake , French dough cake (again rubbish translation) and some fruit salad . OFC this goes along whit lots of wine and a couple bottles of Champagne . I cook most of the dishes whit a bit of help of my girl .
I'm always a sucker for honey/smoked hams, so the excuse for making it for Xmas is always awesome. That's probably my favorite. Butterscotch pie/pudding is also a family favorite though.
lol. I have a pile of Coke Zeros in my room and a lot of chocolate bars. Since I just keep on playing games and all, I haven't really got the time to clean up. XD I know, it's bad. Now you've just made me a bit hungry. We also serve Death by Chocolates every xmas, ever heard of them?
I love smoked bacons and some champagne. Sweet taste both. But ApocalypseXL all these for Xmas? You must watch your weight though!.........
Googled them . I have more types of deserts on the New Year's Eve . Christmas is more traditional Ah a pound or two never hurt anyone besides i get plenty of exercise whit the New Year preparations . Actually although there are twelve dishes the quantity is not huge (stakes are the exception) . So we usually finish up the food in three days .... then we start preparing for the New Year .
Our Christmas dinner always got similar dishes, turkey, ham and some special dishes. Well, we grew up but we haven't got married, so mother and aunts still got the kitchen on the day,
The best Christmas was last Christmas so far, when I was able to buy my whole family a big slab of fillet mignon and have my dad, whose a chef, cook it.... this year was better, so here's to kobe beef!
