    Hello

2 weeks ago, I loged to my AlertPay account and saw that my account is temporary hold for security reason I submitted one ticket, than next day another one and another one again in next day. I subbmited about 8 support tickets for the hold to fix, but no respond I received and my fund became frozen. I tried to call them on phone, but they said to submit support ticket, I submitted but no respond I received.

Please anybody know what I should do, because I am very angry and disapointed :(

Well never submit a support ticket everyday it looks like you are a scammer trying to make a fats buck. There support is very slow it took a 7 or 9 business days before I received a reply.

Something to keep in mind when you first start using a service don't try and withdrawal your money right away and and try and don't have a bunch of sales at the same time. This all looks suspicious and is likely to throw up some Red Flags.

At this point I would submit Any documents they are asking for and wait 10 BUSINESS days. Then if you haven't heard from them call them back (I had great service when talking with them on the phone) to have this resolved. Give them the information about your support ticket and be patient.

Getting angry isn't going to fix anything and will only make it worse. You already showed your Ass by sending in so many support tickets.

What you mean many sales in a same time ?

    What can I do if I make 10 - 20 sales a day ? I need to choose another processor ?

No you don't need a different processor.

Since I don't know the details all I can say to you or anybody is this, If you open a New Account with almost any processor make 10 to 20 sales a day for 2 to 5 days and try and withdrawal All the Money, this usually throws up a Red flag that's just how systems are set up.

In the case of PayPal they will freeze your money for 180 days with this type of account activity. I am not sure about AlertPay and what they will do.

If you are using a service for a period of time and have established a relationship say an average of 20 sales a day and than you launch a new product and have 50 sales a day for a week this is also going to throw up a red flag. In this case call or contact your processor tell them you are offering/launching a product and expect increased sales in the coming weeks. By doing this you are telling them whats going on and they should be more understanding and less like to take any action when you try and withdrawal your money.

Internet fraud cost the World Billions every year and each of these companies has to try and avoid scams by staying vigilant. They do this by using software that designed to detect certain situations and throws a Red Flag.

I can only assume this is what has happened in your case.

exactly, it was has happened in my case, because my account was hold for security reasons. But why after I called them and they identified asking my birthday and other personal info and told me to submit support ticket, but did not replied to that ticket ?

I am angry and disapointed for that. I know that many marketers who receivng many order a day or a week don't use paypal, because paypal sucks exactly for that reason, that you just mentioned. Much more friendly is AlertPay, but at this time I gave up for the frozen fund in the alertpay.

But, does PayPal or any other processors, who are trying to avoid scamming give red flag if you get lets say not many but one big fund to your account ?

I created new AlertPay account, but still did not tried to withdraw fund from that.

Yes, getting a Large payment can throw up a Red Flag also. But what seems to really do it is when you get a big payment and try and withdraw really fast like a couple days after payment. This is exactly how a scammer would do it. Most business (even if your not act like one) will sell products for a week or 2 and than withdrawal their funds.

I am not saying this is going to work ever time but if you are selling digital products than
    A) Make sales for a week
    B) Try to Withdrawal say 30% and do this for a few weeks
    C) Than try and withdrawal a little more next time say 50 or 60%
    D) Do this until you are withdrawing all you money except what you sold in the 7 to 10 days.

    This creates an active account.

If you are selling Physical products and need the money to buy more products than You have to call them and let them know this so you can work out some way of getting your money. Try asking for them to give the the % you need to buy more product. i.e. If you sell a product for 10$ and it cost 5$ to buy ask the to let you withdraw 50% of the amount in your account.

I don't know why they are not responding to your ticket seems very strange to me that they aren't. I think they allow multiple accounts but if you use all the same info and do things exactly the same way than that account may be flagged also.

Try calling them back and giving them the ticket number and try to get it resolved while your on the phone.

What is the reason they give for holding your payment?

I don't know the reason and they did not tell me by phone, by the way I am from Lithuania and to call them is quite expensive from Lithuania to
them department, but sure I may call them again and tell my support ticket ID.
