    There have been several instances over the past couple of months during which FSn has lost or accidentally deleted files. I personally completed a review of my files in the past week for a website re-organization and found many more of my files missing than I had anticipated. Hopefully, this is a problem of the past, but only time will tell.

    with every new day my earnings go down.. i upload and promote but earnings go down.. yesterday only 61 downloads the day before that 119 mybe tomorow 30 ...

    A little bit of question regarding Remote Upload... I came into couple of problems with it...

    first, file doubling (or even triple-ing)... this sometimes happened whenever the files I uploaded became doubled or tripled... same filename, same filesize... so I need to delete the "duplicates"... this is quite annoying and uncomfortable... I'm not sure whether those files are even the same... I'm afraid one of them can be broken or corrupted... I don't know though... have anyone ever encountered this kind of problem?

    secondly, missing files... Sometimes some of the files that I uploaded may disappeared although they have been marked as complete in the remote upload log... thus needing me to re-upload those missing ones... well... this is not so re-assuring too...

    I'm afraid with the problems above that there are chances some of my uploaded files may become damaged or corrupted... especially the file duplication thing... I just don't want to disappoint people by posting broken links or corrupted files... I need their faith in Filesonic :)

    Anyway have anybody encountered such problems and can share their experience?

    Of course what I expect from Filesonic is to look at it and fix it.... ASAP if you can :)

    yes sometimes I have the same problem with doubling (and sometimes I need to reupload files because it sez "finished" but I can't see it after hours neither), however you shouldn't be afraid of that I never got any messages about crc errors or anything

    rucard, don't be so dramatic it is not the end of the world, there are problems than anywhere else... so? we come together or something and force them to fix it... why do they have problems? because they grow fast and their network becomes more complex which is increasing the possibility of errors... and it makes them harder to manage the system don't you think so? why do you think they should be able to care about thousands of users one by one? a little bit weird... it is still the best option for me to make good money and for many others, people also like it (against the errors), so why do you think they are not good in business? I could always get help if I wanted, I always got my money and if people had loss by their fault they compensated... so???

    Whenever you encounter such a problem, please PM me your user_id and the relevant links/filenames. It would be much more effective to investigate this on a case-by-case basis.

    We had an instance a few weeks back with files being deleted accidentally. However, please not that not being 30 days without premium doesn't protect you. From the moment your premium membership expires, your files are illegible to be deleted. Obviously, we add a small internal buffer to give people time to renew their memberships, but it isn't 30 days.

    This is actually a quite regular problem. I experience it at least three or four days a week and it seems to come in bunches (there will be no problems for a day or two and then half the uploads will dupe for an hour). One thing I have noticed is that after downloading the doubles and triples, they all appear to be accurate. I didn't have a single problem rebuilding an archive on the files I tested. I regularly delete the dupes now.
