New front page for my website, Please review

Hello,

My website is using cu3er, I have found that a few customers do not like this flash display and also I have begun to tire of seeing it lol you can see this here

I have now created a new jQuery display which I have uploaded here

Can I have your thoughts on the change and if its an improvment or doesnt fit the site. also any thoughts on the display content would be great.

The page peel makes it nearly impossible to chose "Contact" button (lookin in Chrome).

I saw better pages, the code is not very good. Inline CSS and external file, inline JS and jQuery 1.3 (pretty old).

 

Im not the best with jQuery hence the poor coding, Will fix the errors just making sure its ok and worth doing.

 

Link doesnt seem to work for me..

edit: if its the one on the main website it looks good. Simple and sleek. Not sure if im looking at the right thing though.

I really appreciate your work but lots of things to be done, i would say change color scheme a bit and add more contents to your site otherwise everything else is looking perfect

Oops! This page appears broken. HTTP 404 - File not found.

 

I have changed the page again and lest a copy on the test page so you won't get the 404 error.

And yes the markup needs cleaning up havent got round to that yet!

 

The man photograph...it's too much photoshopped..better to clean up the shadow. And his pose is not relax at all.

 

yeah you better do something with that guy because is kinda scary..

 

Hmm, its not the best picture I have ever had taken but is it really that bad. I did remove it for a while but my convertion rate is higher when my picture is on the site? Maybe makes it more personal?

Unfortunatly can only work with what god gave me lol

 

mmm Nice site.. Add some quality graphic work

 

Slider and interface is a good idea. I dont like the images in the slider.
