I visited firstpagewebsearch.com. After viewing several of the pages, I filled out the online form on the homepage. I didn't hear any response for a week. I visited the homepage again and filled out a short response. It's been a week or more since a response. The form doesn't take you to a typical "thank you" page, it just goes back to the site, so I don't think it is going through. There was no auto responder "thank you" email, so again, I don't know if it was received. I carefully review my spam box, and no responses ever showed up there either. So I'm here to discover what is going on. Is this just a "form" problem? Is this a quality problem? I look forward to hearing firstpagewebsearch's thoughts on the matter. Thank you.
I just tried it again. It does go to a "thank you" page, but it's there for a max of 5 seconds. The "thank you" message is mixed on the page with other stuff. You have to read quickly because the page redirects back to the homepage.
I finally got a response...after weeks of waiting and my third attempt with their online form...this is all I got... While I appreciate the apology for the delay, perhaps I'm wrong, but I had expected a little more "meat and potatoes" to the email given I've made multiple attempts to contact them. (which was noted when I filled out the form on their site) Sadly, I think I will check elsewhere.
