    Hmmm, the time changed in Europe that day. I will look into why this is affecting you guys, as we don't see this on our end.

    Thanks for reporting it. As banjowood said, stats are not frozen; it's just a date selection issue.

    I cannot use my premium account to download
    I click to download and show as below messages:
    An error occurred
    Application error
    I need to know what is wrong
    I logout my premium account and become a free user who can download the files
    Please advice and help me

    Filesonic please FIX the errors when downloading the files cuz I don't want to see anymore that my hard earned money is lost because of the refunds asked by customers. And frankly speaking I consider that this "refund" thing is unloyal because if your customers ask a refund is YOUR FAULT and not OUR FAULT. It's absolutely UNFAIR to take your money back from us.
