    Hello,

As a premium member, I'm quite concerned with the super small 2 terabytes limitation (never seen such limitation anywhere else, hotfile, fileserve, filesonic, etc).

I'm uploading about 100 gb of data per day, It won't last a month.

Is there any way to upgrade this storage space?

    Regards

We are reviewing the possibility of raising that limit, but at the moment the only way around it is to either purchase a data pack (http://www.filefactory.com/datapack) or create another Premium account.

If you use filefactory dedicated we may give some special consideration for you.. :)

Sad, since I don't need any mounthly transfer limit upgraded. Just need storage. I really hope you'll remove that limit, because it really is a serious issue for affiliates. Kind of silly to have to delete our own content to upload new, no?

    Whatever, thanks for your answer.

    Regards,

I will. Not sure what you mean by "mirroring files" though. Sending the same file again and again ?

I mean Mirroring mean you upload a file name.avi 100 MB size on filefactory host and with that you upload same file with same 100 MB size on the other host. And all together you add those different host link with same file size along with ff link and start a thread mean is only considered as mirroring..

If you not clear let me know :)

In Simple, use FileFactory exclusively for all your uploading then mirroring issuing will not arise. :)

If you cannot connect to the FTP server at all, please ensure that you're connecting to ftp.filefactory.com - not eu.ftp.filefactory.com or us.ftp.filefactory.com. These addresses were disabled, but we have re-enabled them as it seems people are still using them. Please note - they do not point to different servers, they both point to ftp.filefactory.com.

We've checked the server and performed some tests and cannot replicate an issue with files not transferring. They are transferring slowly because a few users are uploading several hundred files on a very fast connection, but they are still being processed eventually. If your files are disappearing from the completed FTP directory but not appearing in your FTP_Uploads folder, please email and let us know your forum name as well as your account ID and we will investigate this issue specific to your account.

We are working on a way to send files to our download servers faster but at the moment files have to be processed a few at a time.

Browser based flash uploader is very reliable now, you can use this method until all issues are solved completely.

Then i tried again to upload with Turbo, this time worked fine. that upload failure might be due to some specific problem with that server.
