IP class C PR0x30 OR IP class C pr3x3 - Which is best effective

Which ways is best effective for SEO if we get backlinks from:
IP class C PR0x30
OR
IP class C pr3x3

By the way it's answer for quality backlinks or bulk/different backlinks.

I think both can do best quality back links or bulk/different back links it's only how you do this strategy..

 

There not only PR and C block important, but much more factors like, outgoing links, backlinks, websites target, trustRank and much more.
Also... are you talking about 30 difrent C blocks or difrent ip's in C block or what ?

 

I'm just thinking if I get different IP Class C 30x0pr Backlinks
or
different IP Class C 3x3pr backlinks.

Which ways is best for SEO. That's all.

Don't consider about others. Just which is more effective.
And I'm talking about 30 differect IP Class C and 3xpr3 differect IP Class C - In c block.
