    Hi Everybody
I know only two advantages of it.

    1. Query resolutions, and
    2. To increase backlinks

I want ot know that if there is any other benefit of doing forum posting?
If there is anyone expert to provide me answers of this question.

    Looking forward to your support.

A webmaster help forum like DigitalPoint or MassiveLinks is meant just for that - webmasters helping webmasters and not about backlinks. If you are here only to hear about about forums can boost your ranking, you're in it for the wrong reason. As WebTrafficControl states, the benefits go beyond queries (networking, building ethos, etc.) but your goal should be to better yourself, your site and your fellow community members and the rest will come naturally I'd think.

    1. Built links
    2. Helps to get refferal links
    3. Forums are well catched by the search engine, means when you find something over search engine then you will probabely find the forum links as a result in top 10 results.
    4. A good online discussion platform.

We are a community that is here to help each other out and learn something along the way. If I get a little bit of traffic and a back link, that is just the icing on the cake.

    1. Credibility
    2. Links
    3. Traffic referral
    4. Establish yourself within a community.

Let me expand on #4. I belong to a vehicle related forum since I am a big car enthusiast. There are obviously thousands of auto parts websites on the internet. But there is one company who actually has a staff member who comes to that forum to just chat with users (as well as keep up the business name, answer business questions, etc). 99% of users on that forum would buy from that company in a heartbeat, but you'll find a lot of them asking about other companies to see if they're worth buying from or if it's just going to be a hassle. Those companies don't have representatives on that forum just being friendly.

There's a lot of advantages to forum posting. There's a lot of knowledge in these forums that can lead you to future success.... it's not all about getting traffic and backlinks, sometimes what you learn is worth more than the few people that click your link

I want to second what jointaldc just said. I think a lot of people would find online marketing a lot easier if they'd stop analysing everything they do in terms of "how many links is this going to get me?" It's just the wrong mindset. Being part of a community and learning from people who have already done what you're trying to do is incredibly valuable and shouldn't be cheaply exploited in any way shape or form, which is what many members of this forum appear to do, only posting where they can pitch their products. It's not a good look.

    Hi,

Another advantage would be we could modify the anchor text and linked url according to our keywords strategies and promotion sites in a batch. :)

    all the best,

Forum posting services are also extremely handy when you want to put forward your ideas to your customers and see how they react. This strategy is increasingly being used by many companies to get ideas for new products, modifying existing product features, developing various events and so on.
