Makre sure its real, I had a couple of the day that turned out to be nothing.

Page: The domain goes to a Net Sol, parked page so if you are the owner, you are not making any money off of it. It does get thousands of hits a month according to Alexa.

You'll probably get the registration fee on nearly all of them. I don't want's this 3d hype is about.

Not every name you register which has '3D before or after it actually makes it worth any value.

Domains such as 3dtv.com/net/org/ 3dspecs.com/net/org 3dproducts ect are sites what i think are of value.

Most of yours sites don't even make sense like, 3dmortages.com ....

 

Domain names are also about having a short name, that is easy to remember. Perhaps if 3D Websites are mainstream on 3D Monitors, just about any domain name with 3D could be of value.

I would drop this name as quick as possible, XBox is a Microsoft trademark and it will only get you into trouble

Regarding copyright names/trademarks, I one time read somewhere (the material could have been wrong but check with an attorney)... if you use their name to sell their products ONLY , not abusing the name, you can use it.

 

That is incorrect, you can't profit financially from their trademark, even parking a name is infringing on a trademark, as you receive parking revenue. Have a look on namepros, there is plenty of info on it from well-known internet law attorneys (jberryhill is one that is well-known)

Dont touch names like that, they just aren't worth it and the domain industry in general frown upon activities like this..its your call though

Well i've contacted xbox via email and phone.

I was speaking to a nice customer service Representative who has passed on the info to the legal team. I told him exactly what the site would be used for - promote xbox related 3d products. The guy told me, funny enough, they get a few calls a week regarding this.

Well, i guess i will just hope for the best..
