Thanks for your info, but consider forums link also, it is very qualitative if you take links from relevant forums.
one way link have more value to your site. Reciprocal links have almost zero value and may damage to your site.. 3 way link sometimes good but using same pattern you will not get any benefit.
I recommend in just doing one way links. They have much more value than the other two methods, especially if the site has a high PR.
@hurn1: Reciprocal links don't do harm to your site dude lol. You'd also be surprised to learn that they absolutely DO still work

If you're using a FireFox browser, download a plugin named Quirk Search Status. It determines whether a site (blog/forum) is a do follow or no follow.
you can highlight your link then right click and view selection source. If you dont see the " no follow" attribute then its a do follow link.
High PR without related site can make more damages from pluses. PR is important but before it much more important things. Only newbie in SEO watching only at PR.
