Hi, I just got myself a Filesonic premium account, but I noticed that it is not capable of doing direct downloads. I use internet download manager, and have already put my login details in the "sites logins" section. Is there any way I could make direct downloads using IDM? Thanks

 

Hoody, I could download by queue with FSn with IDM now, nice working .
@chevaliernoir : login and use "download with IDM" helped me . But adding link to IDM without redirected by FF still not working.

since sharingmatrix became filesonic i have same amount of referrals

it can't be true, i think ref link doesn't work for me

 

I deleted all cookies, then i refreshed page. I've got 7 cookies from filesonic.
After this i visited filesonic through my ref link and still i have same 7 cookies. Where is cookie where ref id is saved?

you still have this statistic, so you save it, so you don't economize any hdd space, why not to make this statistic open

 

Since you have these stats , would it be possible to made them appear on ref list ? would be great to have 2 list, the active and the not active one

Yesterday i upgraded my free account into premium account. My login email is different to the paypal one. Once my account upgraded, your system create a premium account with my paypal email. I would like to upgrade my free account to premium one becuase I hope my files which can be kept forever on your server.

Please help me cancel my new premium account with paypal email and upgrade my free account

Please PM me the details of each of your 2 accounts.

We will fix this so it doesn't happen again, since it seems to be a recurring issues. We just assumed people could use their paypal emails as FS IDs, but it sounds like it should be more flexible.

Is there any way to fix the system so that when you are on ppd it will still show the sales amounts? Also when you are on pps it will show the number of daily downloads? This will make it much easier to compare the two. Please let me know. Thanks.

I have a few questions about the recent changes.

How long have you accepted creditcards as a form of payment for premium accts?

Will there be payouts Friday Nov 5th? Or will you start pushing them back to Tuesday immediately? Will this also be for PPD people?

I'm not loving the idea of not being able to change from PPD to PPS during the week. I've switched a few times and went like 3 straight days without any sales and went back before I wasted any more of that week. Now we are committed to one way for an entire week. I guess if it cuts down on fraud like you say than its fine, but I don't really see how. But than again i'm not an expert on the subject.

 

What are you talking about ? We cant change to pps or ppd at any time anymore ?
And paiement are made on tuesday by now ???
