Buying Minor design upgrade to home page

Need minor upgrade to the design of the home page.

Prefer modern, kids-friendly look.

It's important not to have a major overhaul. I want to keep the logo, the sign up/ sign in buttons, and the horizontal menu layout. Hence, possibilities include: changing fonts, modifying CSS, adding backgrounds, shifting of existing HTML elements.

The idea is to do minimal and achieve the most impact.

You need to extract the current HTML and CSS and provide the new CSS / HTML code and images (if any). I will then integrate with my PHP code.
