Hi guys, I have a question: Why my PPC clicks and hops in the same time frame are not matching? For example yesterday I got about 200 clicks to my landing page via PPC but I see around 60 hops... I am checking CTR of my LP (clicks to the original sales page) via adwords conversion script and it is %99. Am I missing something? Is it possible that my competitors clicking on my ads numerous times? ) P.S. Sorry if this is a silly question, It just stuck in my mind...
It definitely is possible I think. Because today I see 200 click at adwords stats but I got 75 unique hops... Do you think this is ethical?
You can't have the same number of clicks and hops, unless your landing page CTR is 100%. I don't believe that it's 99%, as you're saying... There's probably something wrong in your data.
You may be right... I am not sure how to use adwords conversion tracking... For example; What would be the best option for those 2 setting criterias? 1-View-through conversion window (My option is "30 days". This may be the problem. I think I gotta change this to 1 day) 2-View-through conversion search de-duplication (My option is "DISABLED")
