Punjab National Bank ATM cum DEBIT Card worked in Paypal !!

i think u cant add debit card now in paypal

 

all Indian banks ATM cards are not access paypal bank. only credit cards access paypal bank. Go through any banks credit card for paypal access and not with debit cards. I can't here up till now about single debit /ATM card accessed with paypal bank.

I just tried it with my latest PNB Debit Card (MasterCard Logo). Its not working.

you can get your paypal verified by your pnb account.
just follow these steps
1st enter your details in your paypal a/c after that paypal will deduct 2 random amount.....now you have verified the first step for the secont step you need confirmation number which is present on your mini statement

just enter the 4 digits of the code in statement leaving the first 2

for eg 18256/458xxxxxxxxxx

so u will enter 2564

once u will enter this in confirmation area.....u will get a mail from paypal....that your account is in review process and will be activated in 24 hrs.

but listen when you check after a day , your account will be unverified, now what you have to do is

send a mail to paypal support team with the mail you recieved saying "your account is in review process and will be activated in 24 hrs." and tell them its not yet verified.

and after few hours, you will see majic.....

i got my account verified this way as i got this information from a friend of my client working in paypal service team in US

I had a debit card is a small bank ... during the financial crisis, he was down ... I was lucky that I managed to remove almost all the money from the map, or rather transfer them to another account. So here it is ... the return of the balance, and many other items I am having a huge problem ... I was forced to fill the huge number of papers confirming the obvious ... ... so that the problems were very much! and now I'm trying to approach the choice of the bank's more prudent, though it is not easy))

I have also been charged 45.53 inr from my union bank debit card when trying to verify it , and did not get any confirmation code in the statement .
Only string of numbers ....

So , what to do to get my amount refunded ??

 

wait for some 2~3 days to get statement or u will be refunded.

 

I am also waiting for the statement. It has been 3 days over. Lets see what happens.

i have a card of PNB so i wanna buy some products from some online store....but they will only accept Master or paypal....can I use my PNB caed for that(as Shubhi mentioned)...will I be charged extra for that?Please tell me step by step procedure....and yes it only asks for mater or paypal card number and security number but not about expuse number....expuse number will be required for that?Please guide me....thanks in advance....
