Both caching plugins are excellent. I use both of them for different websites. But personally I think, if you have CDN host, then you can enjoy the 100% benefits from W3 Total Cache. W3 Total Cache has 6 different caching options in just one plugin where 2/3 options. That means if you are using Super Cache, then you may want to use Data Reloaded and Minify plugin as well.

The W3 Total Cache is great because with most cache features, it also working with CDN.

I use W3 Total Cache, because it is easier to uninstall, and it has many minifying options.

super cache is SUPPOSED to make your blog run faster - but in fact it makes it load slower

I don't think that cache plugins are worth using

My site is a new site and I decided to use Super Cache. What must be the expire time for new site? I edit it for 60 seconds! Is it right?

I just did a two part series on W3 Total Cache. It is much more superior to super - cache - read up on it. And grab my config file if you don't want to read up on it!!

I LOVE W3 Total Cache. Our servers are built to take advantage of it's use of Memcached and eAccelerator. =)

I had a serious CPU consumption caused by my blog. I used the super cache without success. The problem was solved by Hyper Cache plugin.

If the content of your website is continuously renewed caching may not work. In that case you should get a better hosting option. ( dedicated )
