    Hello there,

You should ask your new host to do this for you, as most hosts will. If not, do a full cPanel backup on your old host, transfer the file to the new host, and restore it.

If you can't save a backup and upload it to the new host yourself, you're pretty limited with options. Chris gave you the option of contacting your host to complete this for you, and most hosts will do this in order to obtain new business - or you could choose a host that is willing to spend the 3 minutes to complete the simplest WHM operation ever to be implemented by the good 'ol cPanel folk.

take a backup in old cpanel, and ftp it in new server, than from whm ( if you have full whm backup restore ) than check backup restore, and restore your backup from there in whm, that should work

In WHM, to transfer directly from an existing cPanel account hosted elsewhere, go to Transfers-> Copy an account from another server.

This is correct except as you don't have WHM access on your "original" plan your going to have to ask your old host to transfer it to your new server. If you need more help just pm me, or go too http://hosterbox.com/billing/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1 and ask our support team (give them the link of this thread) they will gladly help you for free.

    -Hope this helps
