Nofollow links never considered by the spider, by doing so you could get only traffic but not get to qualily backlinks.

It will be helpful in terms of traffic but for getting the ranking benefit you have to choose do follow blogs.

You should try to get do follow links as much as you can, however there has been a lot of debate as to whether nofollow links still do provide some benefit. It's true Google's stance is that these links will not be followed nor will they pass value, but there have been studies before that show there may be benefit to these links. Though Google says they don't, some believe they still do follow those links and some believe they can still count as a 'vouch' for a site.

While I wouldn't put all my effort into a link that is nofollowed, I certainly wouldn't turn it down either. Particularly from larger sites Google is known to trust, such as Twitter, there are examples of sites getting indexed and even ranked solely on those nofollowed links. I've also seen in my personal experience sites improving their rankings with blog comment links that are for the most part nofollowed. So again, if it's a high-value, trusted site, I would go ahead and drop the link but I would make sure that I'm also incorporating sites that dofollow links in my campaign as well.

If you're doing it for the linkjuice, then don't.
A PR0 dofollow link holds more value than a PR8 nofollow link.
Sure it would've held a greater value a few years back but after the introduction of the nofollow policy, it's practically worthless.

I heard sometimes nofollow links do count, so go ahead and do it if you come across it but don't go out of your way or waste time doing it when you could be doing other things

Nofollow links will not pas pr link juice to target site. This means that it will not influence the ranking of your site in search engine.

Some search engines are not considering no follow links but search engines are giving value to the search engine. So you can also comment on the blogs

For Blog Commenting Please Follow the Instructions as mentioned below:

    1. Mix ( Do follow/ No Follow blog Commenting)

From Do follow, your link will be crawled/cached. And from No follow you will get quality traffic + Some Search Engines do crawls no follow.

It will still help to generate traffic to your site. It will be better if the blog is in your niche
I will say dont concern only make comment on dofollow blog, it will be better to make comment on both dofollow and nofollow blog as long as the blog is quality blog

Google favours natural link building... and trust me... it is perfectly natural to have a mixture of do-follow and no-follow, in fact Google tottaly expects it.

Also, not all search engines obey no-follow

Also, there is the possibility that someday the no-follow attribute may be changed to do-follow!

If links in your blog comment are nofollow, it is not that beneficial but nofollow links still has some traffic juice that is very useful for your websites... :)

nope, if you submit a awesome comment, the author may visit your site and give back a comment to your post, and other people reading your comment also visit your site
just remember to not spam just to get dofollow links
