Those auto link building software are not providing very good result If you looking for good result, always go for the manual link building
I am sorry, This will not work with adult content. This is how the plugin works.... As soon as you install the plugin, the plugin will find all relevant blogs in the network which are similar to your niche. So if you write about dogs then the plugin will find all blogs which talk about dogs. Once the plugin find the relevant blogs, it will mutually exchange links between the blogs. So if you have 300 posts in your blog then it will find 300 similar posts in the network, and in turn mutually links with those posts. So you will get around 300 backlinks right away. The more you write the more backlinks will be found by the plugin for your posts. This is a ongoing process and I can assure you that you will see gradual increase in traffic over time. I've taken a look at this one but was not to sure how decent it was, looks abit spammy. currently Im using onlywires plugin. Which submits your post to quite a lot of social sites. Similiar to ping.fm Altogether it works well.
Just installed on one blog to see what happens. At present, only about 250 blogs in this network. It only works for those in the network (eg: have activated this plugin) So it will not get you links from any blogs that do not use this plugin.
I think the better option is manual link building because it will give quite more stable results to your website.
BTW the network is now of around 800+ blogs and growing.... I believe if you can get some free backlinks on autopilot its cool.

Wow, seems that some people really are too lazy to work on their websites the way that they should do. The saying goes that any job is easy if you have the right tools, but a closer look at the results of this one clearly show that this is a nail rather than a hammer (for all who don't get that, it means not the right tool!)
If I would be at your place I would straight away go with manual link building. Though manual link building is time consuming but the results are good as compared to the results from software.
I've got a blog that's been spammed to hell and back. I'm gonna stick this on there just to see what Google thinks of it. Testing is always fun
