    After getting tired with Turbo, yesterday i manually uploaded couple of files using flash based uploader for testing whether the problem is from Turbo only and i found that for some files i got I/O error even with browser method.

    Try disable any firewalls, ad or javascript blocking plugins, and any anti spyware or anti adware programs and try again.

    That error means that the connection between their computer and our servers was interrupted, and 9/10 this is caused by a program on their computer blocking the transfers. :)

    Hi ffs

    I uploaded some files to filefactory using flash uploader now & its working perfectly. if i get anymore errors i'll inform you with corresponding error & account id for in depth trouble shooting

    I am using Kaspersky pure internet security which have couple of ad blocking, messenger control, anti spam, web anti virus, parental control, application control, firewall etc also windows inbuilt firewall it may all be the reason for occasional upload failures :)

    There is some serious issue with filefactory now, not able to upload anything getting errors like 503, 504 etc also download stats is bit abnormal now.. please consider this issue urgently i tried logging out still not able to upload anonymously.

    There is a networking issue which has been caused by our data center. We are currently working with them to resolve it. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, and we will create a blog post once this has been resolved..:)

    Our monitoring service alerted us that a large segment of our private network went offline unexpectedly for around 30 minutes this evening. We have subsequently re-routed all internal traffic over our backup link and services should be operational again.

    We are continuing to work with our datacenter's engineers to diagnose this fault and repair it. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused, and thank the members that emailed us for letting us know about the issue.

    Due to the Service Interruption earlier tonight, we have had to utilize our backup network link. Because of this, there may be a descrepancy calculating Rewards tomorrow.

    If this is the case, we will be applying a percentage credit (which will be determined after calculating the descrepancy) as an additional balance adjustment to all accounts enrolled in the Rewards program.

    Please rest assured that even in the worst case scenario, you will receive more earnings than you would have if this hadn't happened. Also, no sales commission will be affected by this issue at all.

    Thanks for your understanding and again, please be assured that this was caused by a hardware fault out of our control, but we will make sure that nobody loses any Rewards because of this issue.


    It should get fixed tomorrow for sure.:cool:

    @FFS why premium user have to enter the capchta code when do the remote upload?!I think you shouldn't leave this for the premium user,what do you think?!thanks...

    Is the problem mentioned earlier affecting the Remote Upload feature? I'm trying since morning to upload a file (http) but it seems to be always in queue ("upload is pending") :)
