It will get you qality backlink + targeted traffic as well if you are doing niche backlinking.

 

Why do you want to waste your time with this? It rarely works. I know sometimes you can get a boost, but without actively participating on the community, your profile will almost be never indexed. Most of the time, webmasters remove inactive members as well

Intitle :" Topic " inurl:Showthread or Viewtopic , write any subject that you want in topic for example If I want to find forums related to seo then
