Let me assure you, if anybody knew Google's algorithm they sure as hell wouldn't be sharing it on a forum. The only way we even figure out pieces of that puzzle is to do a little guess and check (try things and see what works/what fails).
Everyone would like to know it, but probably there is not even a one person over the world who really does know it completely! Of course, you can find over Internet some tips or points how Google work, but how much you can trust them, that is another question!

lol you guys, you can get information on the algos of Google by looking at the patents Google has submitted - searchengineland and other blogs are good at looking over patents and writing out longs descriptions of each algo. I'd stick with looking the algos up on google's patent search or the uspto database. Read searchengineland and the other seo blogs for people who explain and write out the algos based upon their research
