For me it's exercises. I began doing sit-ups since 5 years ago, now i've ready got 6 abs, so keep going, dude, more exercises.
"Eat right, exercise more." That's the motto for losing weight or toning up, and I recommend you learn it. Eating right: I'd eat a lot of protein, vegetables, fruits, low carbs and low fat. Exercising: Do cardio and weight training, or just weight training. Don't ever neglect to weight train.
