I think scammers will be deterred if the know they will have a ban after falling below a certain percentage of favorable Itraders (or what ever rating system is in place). Just a way to help ward off the scammers, if DP is interested in doing that. I'm not focusing on any ONE person, so PLEASE STFU, if you have scammed me. I'm tired of hearing your crap.
Question: How about if you've got no positive iTrader and somebody leaves you with a fake negative one? You'd be instantly banned because you'll be automatically below 70%? Not really sure with iTraders and how it works though. XD
iTraders will soon be removed . So it is a useless thing . Unfortunately there is no available method that can filter scammers without hurting regular traffic .
I know Itraders are going away and there will be a new system. Any penal method, will always hurt innocent people. Is that an argument for ridding ourselves of "The Rule of Law", I don't think we want to revisit that system. Certainly some sort of hybrid system can be found, even if you crowd source the decision. I would be willing to work on it. Again, this is to improve DP, not make it a warm cuddly place for scammers. IMHO
This method would be a good idea but 70% however I don't agree with. I would say if your Itraders where below 50% basically because it would mean over half of your deals were negative. To help determine which itraders are fake and deserved.
