How to obtain a US Bank Account NON US Resident

    Hello is there any way to obtain a US Bank account for use with a paypal account? Is that even possible. I am not a US Citizen

    hello, you can travel to USA or by various "tricks" but investment in both cases I think it is not justified.

    No, it is not possible because when you apply for a bank account your present your driver's license (or any other ID with your information on it) and your social security # which only US residents and citizens have.

    However, there are services on the web that claim they can do it for you. Check this one out: http://us-bank-non-residents.com but I would be really careful with those services.

    i dont think it is possible, your best bet is to use alternates to paypal like moneybookers, alertpay etc
