First of all i want to say that this is not my method but it did help me to get my new adsense account =) Just follow the instruction and im sure u can get 1 new adsense account too " I've seen many people struggling to get new adsense account. You must use a new name and address if you had adsense account before. (used your brother's, sis's ...) Step 2. Register a new domain (I got .com), install wordpress Step 3. Register as a publisher at amautomation dot com as a publisher, this is free. Step 4. Set to receive 20 posts per day from amautomation. Don't forget to filter the post as many of them containing spinning error and have no meaning. We want good content to get into adsense. Step 5. After several days, you will get a very nice blog with fresh content, at this time, you can apply for adsense account. Step 6. After submitting to google, don't stop receiving and refining your posts, this is crucial. Step 7. Be prepared to work your butt off because you will get adsense account very soon. . Good luck and don't forget to work hard. having adsense account but if you don't work hard to earn good money from it, it doesn't mean anything. "
The only problem I see here is using your brother's or sister's name (or whatever) only because when the check comes out, it's going to be in their name, so good for them, but not so much for you.
LOL.. i did use my own name and got approval. Not sure for people who got banned and rejected for many time.. I got my previous account banned and i use same payee name different address..
You should get old domain name and get some unique articles and post using blog, they apply after few days for the adsense in most of the cases you will get approval

Why do you want to scrape content from other websites? Build your own content. That is the only way for a long term successful adsense business. If you don't have unique content a fast adsense approval wont help you earn money anyway because you get no visitors to your site that could be interested in your content. My2Cents
Amautomation is not my site. This is just for people who cant get adsense account and not for crapping..
try to always update your article with unique content. and if you reject apply adsense, you can make new blog with same account, then you RESUBMIT with new niche/blog from Google Adsense NOT from MONETIZE TAB at your blogger account.
