    No, I'm in New Zealand but once you start earning in Australia your income will fit with the local costs.

    A bit like when kiwis go to the UK and travel about. Initially its really expensive because we are spending money earnt in NZ but once we get work everything balances out again.

    Yes sure I agree but it sounds like he wants to move out just because he wants to use Paypal, if that's the only reason he wants to get out of his own country, it's prolly not worth it, you can simply partner with someone. However if there are some other reasons then that's another story.

    yes, I do have other reasons. as I said, paypal is just a one of main reasons. I am sure you will do the same if you were here..

    you are saying $800- $1000 is a low price ? I am pretty sure I can live in Washington with that money.

    Contact to your friends who are living outside your country. They will suggest you to the point. But It is better to leave paypal rather than country. lol you are leaving your country because of PayPal :)

    You can migrate to India , here there are many branches of pay pal support team ,
    so that you can interact to them directly with any trouble.
    and the products also much cheaper
