there is some problmes with stats, some files not counted,which uploaded today!

 

Can the IT Support please explain what is going on? Why are the stats going lower and lower?

 

Maybe you should tell the truth... maybe you really change the way you count downloads from users to protect you from scan... But doing this you decrease the number of downloads of ALL the affiliates..not only from scammers.. so you spent a lot less money with this trick.. this for example to me means more than 50% of previous earnings... before that change i made 12/13 % and now i do only 6 $ (with growing files).. i never scam or use trick to take more money...never referral myself, never shared my account, never download my files massively... but i am damaged from you.. before i was earning a lot more with you than fileserve.. now is the opposite! and if you don't switch back soon paying how much before i will sadly switch somewhere else

 

same here. Which was why i experimented not uploading today to see what happens. It just keeps dropping. People with big uploads or lots of files may not notice this. This has never occured with other file sharing sites. Come on, explain to me how exactly does the money keeps dropping when I am not uploading? I do not see anything saying that if I stop uploading my money drops. This is just absurd. Stats are either dancing around to confuse people how much they earn or so that people dont pay much notice that they are earning less.

I'm not going to dispute the fact counted downloads have dropped, but I fail to understand your "experiment". Did you expect your count to go up by refraining from uploading? Depending on the popularity of your files, wouldn't you expect to maintain your current count at best, or more than likely to see the count drop?

Yes, downloads counts have dropped as FileSonic has tested longer wait times and reduced the amount of downloads they are counting, but I do not find the result of your "experiment" to be informative. I would predict a high probability of the result you're seeing if I were to do the same thing.

I disagree with claus, it seems to me that there has been fewer errors/bugs/problems every week. And whenever I personally have a question or problem they usually help out quickly here. I actually post here before I report a bug on the actual site (unless it is a server issue).

But yeah, there has been continued improvements and I expect them to continue.
