Really pi$$ed of Today! Please guide my how can I got my lost money back! I have already email PayPal regarding this deduce! It will take 48 hours to reply! Quick solution plz!
Sorry.I think you cannot get 23$ back. It's fees..Maybe there is something wrong with your bank account...
Its charged as a reversal fees so you cannot get it back still give them a call and talk to them about the reason of cancellation
No! This is not the first time I am withdrawing! I am using the same bank account since 2008 when I have opened my PayPal account.
well, they are not going refund you any way because reversal made by your bank account . So it is your end fall . paypal Apply reversal charges . So i think it will not restored .
its not reversal made by bank as op stated bank account is old and valid since 2008. so he can contact and try
Have you ever withdrawn this much money at once before? You can't get the $23 back but phone paypal up and just talk to them, might help.
I have done more than 120 transactions and even some time I have done $1700 in single transaction! Yesterday I was busy with my office head ace! I have to call them today and get back to your guys!
Paypal charges approx 5 ish US$ for reversal. I do not believe you will be able to recover the $23, however give them a call (Use skype, yes it works), be nice to them I am sure you will end up happily!!
OP was charged for the fluctuation in exchange rates. I know it's silly but paypal do this always. I don't think anybody got more money while withdrawal/reversal. An advise from me: Never think after withdrawal that you will get money for sure. Becuase paypal is a kinds stuff which can explode anytime.

I have observed that before Special festivals like diwali and christmas you get this type of problem. So I would prefer to take care from such a situation
