Google run a co-marketing programme that allows medium to large sized companies to distribute their own adwords vouchers. The adwords vouchers are only usable by people first signing up for adwords. They have entry criteria that mean smaller companies / individuals aren't allowed to join the programme - I think they want you to have a customer base of about 5,000 as a starting point

Be careful to make sure you only use them once and do not open a new account and use a new coupon. One usage per account. Do it more and you will get suspended.

just try to active google adwords,mate i think if you done that the google system will records your IP and u'r google account that can be use for google to put u on their next adwords promotion programme
Signup for Google analytics & add your site... Create analytics account for each site instead of putting all in one.. Google regularly sends out promotional $100 vouchers to analytics users. so each of your account can get you one voucher
