I tried Sedo, but got too few views. My best bet would be Flippa
As for the site value, there are some free appraisal sites you can google, but they are mostly crap.
You might take a look at urlappraisal.net, although it tends to give overpriced results

 

1. you have to push the domain to the buyer
2. you have to give the site content to the buyer (that is hosted files and databese)

Where did you registered ThingsuWant.co.uk ? From whois seems it is registered at 123-reg.co.uk
You can push your domain, from your account to the buyer's account (same registrar). Or you can transfer it from a registrar to an other registrar.

It's all self explanatory. Simply create a new thread. Then next to where you enter the title of your thread, select WTS and you will be given the option to add an auction.
