    Hi

    I have a press release that I would like to... er,well.... release!

    It is well written and should attract interest.

    Should I just submit it to a couple of good sites and hopefully see it copied by other sites? Can anyone recommend good sites? Or should I use an article submission service to submit it to loads of Press release sites?

    The aim of this exercise is promote our new service that we are talking about and help with SEO.

    openpr.com and prlog.com are both reputable sites, i submit to them regularly.

    i run www.mybusinesspage.net which lets you set up a business page PLUS add press releases

    Andy why would one want to do that if they can do it themselves.

    I use prlog all the time. Do a search for Cheap Tires and you will see our site our release is #2 . That is mostly from the interlinking prlog does with my articles.

    There are plenty of free and paying pres release sites you can use that "get the job done," but I find it that PRWeb is by far the best Press Release website out there. In this case, when you use their services, the more money you spend with them the better your results are.

    Just submit to the big boys yoursef, and after that give the piece to a submission service so They can distribute it for you ..

    I dont see the point in sending a press release to loads of websites. Just send it to a good a free press release distribution website like www.release-news.com which is a source of Google News

    • Press release site appears in Google
    • Site that accept links inside the content for a back link purpose
    • site that listed only in organic results
