Oh man that's bad news. Maybe it's just a bug or something, or they're just fixing something. Let me know if the message is still the same today on your experience.
They're updating the software so it works with the "New" Google keyword tool. They sent out an email that it would be a few more days.

Yes, the program "works" but the search function does not. When google took down the legacy tool, it screwed up all of the keyword research tools out there including this one. James of MNF posted this yesterday:
Time to switch keyword tools? Market Samurai has so far adapted to each Google UI change in one day. No problems on that front ;-) Alternatively you can always use Google's own Adwords tool, SY
